The President's Photographer

After watching the short film "The President's Photographer", I was inspired. For instance, I was really touched by the many photographs of the President interacting with children. My favorite photo of this was when President Obama was photographed cradling his youngest daughter in the elevator. This photo moved me,  because it was an intimate moment. The photograph consisted of only Obama and his young daughter. This moved me, because it portrayed Obama as more than just the president, but as a loving and caring father.  Although I have never considered making photography my career choice, the film made me think of what an opportunity of a lifetime it would be to be able to "record" history through the art of photography. Certainly, if I were to ever have a chance to do something as prestigious as following the president around and being his personal photographer, I would jump at the opportunity. I think the President's photographer holds one of the most important positions in the white house, besides the president of course.  It is an honor to hold the title of "The President's Photographer".
