Creeper project ATTEMPT

For this six weeks project we were assigned to do a "creeper project". I found my location, set my desired camera settings, flash settings and didn't receive my desired look due to the amount of ambient light. I couldn't reduce the amount of ambient light without changing my camera settings and improperly exposing my picture. I am going to keep my set up the same and try again later the afternoon after the sun has set a little bit. My settings were ISO 160 17mm f/2.8 1/250 sec.
